Company mandates and compliance catch-up.
eCORP holds manager, director and statutory auditor mandates, prepares your general meetings and organises your file to bring a company up to date: accounts, LBR filings, liquidation. We also introduce the regulated professionals you need.
- Annual accounts filed
- General meeting held
- Beneficial owners register up to date
- Registered office in place
- Officer in office
Every missing point becomes an action, with a date.

What eCORP does, and does not do
eCORP holds company mandates and organises files. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, statutory audit by an approved auditor, domiciliation or court representation, and it holds no client funds.
Each mandate follows a clear engagement letter. A mandate is never combined with an incompatible role in the same company.
