Compliance catch-up

Compliance catch-up for a Luxembourg company

Unfiled accounts, missed meetings, absent manager, lost registered office: we organise your file, set the plan and coordinate the professionals who put each point right.

Situations we handle

  • Several years without annual accounts filed at the register.
  • No general meeting held for a long time.
  • The manager or director has left, died or cannot be reached.
  • The registered office no longer exists or cannot be reached.
  • The register of beneficial owners is out of date.
  • A dormant company you want to put in order, sell or wind up.

Our method in four steps

  • Diagnosis. We review the register publications and your documents to list what is missing, year by year.
  • Plan and calendar. We rank the actions by priority and set the dates.
  • Preparation. We prepare the meetings, gather the documents and coordinate the accountant, lawyer or notary.
  • Filings and follow-up. Authorised professionals file what must be filed. We follow up until the file is fully up to date.

The risks of delay

A late filing can lead to penalties and can block other steps at the register. A company left without an officer cannot act. The longer you wait, the more it costs to rebuild the file: acting early is cheaper.

Who does what

We organise, prepare and coordinate. Accounts are prepared by an accountant. Legal documents are drafted by a lawyer or signed before a notary where the law requires it. See the professionals we introduce.

To start

Send us the company's register number (RCS) and the documents you have. We reply with a first view of what is missing and the way forward.

Frequently asked questions

My file is very late. Can it still be fixed?

In most cases, yes. The missing accounts have to be rebuilt and the matching meetings held. We start with a diagnosis.

Can you prepare the annual accounts?

No. Accounts are prepared by an accountant we introduce. We prepare and coordinate the file.

Do we need an officer to move forward?

Yes. If the company has none left, a mandate can be given to eCORP as part of the file, after review.
