FAQ

Questions about our services

Short answers on our mandates, our role and our limits.

What does eCORP do?

eCORP holds manager, director, chairman and statutory auditor mandates, prepares general meetings, organises compliance catch-up files and introduces regulated professionals.

Is eCORP an audit or accounting firm?

No. eCORP does not carry out statutory audit as an approved auditor and does not prepare accounts. It introduces an approved auditor or an accountant where needed.

Can you be my statutory auditor?

Yes, where the law allows it for your company and we are independent of it. We do not accept this mandate in a company where we also hold a management role.

My company has not filed accounts for years. What should I do?

Send us the register number and your documents. We carry out a diagnosis, then a plan with the professionals who prepare and file the accounts.

Can you domicile my company?

No. Domiciliation is provided by a lawyer or a fiduciary, whom we introduce.

Do you represent a company in court?

No. We organise the file and introduce a lawyer.

How are you paid?

By the fee in the engagement letter. We may also receive a fee from a professional we introduce, and we tell you beforehand.

Is an external officer liable for my company?

They are liable under the conditions set by law. We accept a mandate after reviewing the company and we set the decisions that need your approval.

Let's talk about your company.

Describe your situation. We reply with a first view of the way forward.
