Introductions

The professionals your company needs, introduced by eCORP

Some steps belong to regulated professions. We introduce the right professional and coordinate their work with the rest of the file.

The professionals we introduce

  • Notary: extraordinary meeting deeds, amendments to articles, share transfers depending on the form.
  • Lawyer: legal advice, proceedings, domiciliation by a lawyer, defence.
  • Accountant: bookkeeping, annual accounts, returns.
  • Approved statutory auditor: statutory audit of the accounts where the law requires it.
  • Fiduciary: domiciliation, administrative and accounting services.
  • Liquidator: conducting a liquidation when a company has to be closed.

How the introduction works

  • You describe the company and what needs sorting out.
  • We select one or more suitable professionals and pass on your request, with your consent.
  • The professional sends you their own engagement letter and invoices you directly.
  • We coordinate the timetable with the rest of the file.

Domiciliation

Domiciliation of a company is a regulated activity. It is provided by a lawyer, a fiduciary or another authorised professional, whom we introduce. eCORP does not domicile companies.

Transparency

We may receive a fee from the professional when an introduction succeeds. We tell you before any introduction. The professional remains responsible for their work.
